WE ARE OFFERING YOU THE CHANCE TO EXPERIENCE THE STUDIO EK FITNESS CLASSES ON LINE LIVE FROM OUR HOME AND STREAMED TO YOU IN THE COMFORT AND SAFTEY OF YOUR HOME.If you are unsure about returning to your local gym for group fitness classes due to the Covid 19 pandemic, then why not join us for one of our classes at home. Streaming using ZOOM & Facebook Live.
You don't need any equipment for the Circuit/Hiit classes just a small space to do your workout in.
If you have, or can get a hold of hand weights, dumbells or a barbell you can join in with the Sculpt class (BodyPump style class).

If you have your own Spin bike at home you can join in our Cycle classes.

Classes are streamed LIVE each day but you can catch up on demand anytime that suits you.
- £5 per class using your own kit.
- £20 for one months unlimited classes, using your own kit.
- £40 for one months kit hire and unlimited classes.
